Return & Refund Policy

At ToranjHealth, we sell physical rehabilitation and assistive products.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain assistive products may not be eligible for return if used. Any such exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.
